Midland provides a torsion spring system as our standard, assuring safe and smooth operation of your door. Most Midland residential door sections are a full 2" thick, providing superior strength. The bottom weather seal (astragal) is an extra wide seal designed to stay flexible and provide the best possible protection against the elements. All track, rollers and hardware are heavy duty, designed for long service.

Carriage House Series (wood)

All of Midland Wood Carriage House doors are made to order. Each door begins with a solid core, mortised & tension framed that is engineered to provide a lifetime of strength. The exterior materials are hand selected from weather resistant species of wood, but do require regular maintenance to preserve your door's beauty for years to come. This door represents a combined effort with JELD WEN the world leader in composite technology for over thirty years. The advanced polymer skin and trim boards won't crack, split, separate, shrink, expand, rust or dent. Extrawide LVL laminated support rails give these doors the strongest structural support in the industry.

The factory thermal-set primer requires finish painting. You choose the colors that compliment your home. The entire face of the door, regardless of design, is made from the same material and made in the same plant therefore the components are bonded for life and match and fit perfectly.
Built to be beautiful and move quietly and easily with Midland's smooth torsion spring system. Each door panel rides on its own set of ultra quiet residential rollers, that are fitted to a heavy duty track. A garage door that is as tough as it is beautiful!
